| Organized
in 1996, the FCN has more than 900 members involved with disseminating
information within and outside of government. Many of our members
are drawn from Federal agencies, offices, and military establishments
in Washington DC, across the country and around the world.
Others are from the legislative and judicial branches; interagency,
international, nonprofit, and private groups; state and local
organizations, and Federal unions. Our members identify themselves
as writers, editors, public affairs specialists, program managers,
analysts, speechwriters, webmasters, artists, photographers,
librarians, and representatives of personnel, quality, and
legislative affairs offices! We are proud to be a part of,
and represent, such a variety of communication disciplines |
|
These communicators have the
potential to reach about more than half the
Federal workforce, including the US military.
With this range of talent, expertise,
and circulation, the Federal Communicators Network is
a powerful agent for communicating the message of better
government throughout the Federal Government and around
the world. We invite you to join the Federal Communicators
Network in empowering Federal employees to create a customer-centered
government.
