Cindy Saboe will contact Elizabeth Soyster to check if she would like to participate in our weekly meetings.

Donise will review the February 2 meeting minutes for members that signed up to participate with this group. Specifically, Donise will follow up with Joanne Lock and Roger Allen to check their status.

Cindy Saboe will give Donise email addresses for members of the senior fellows program to include on the distribution list for the FCN weekly marketing team.

Cindy Saboe will ask for a volunteer from the senior fellows program to attend our next meeting and future meetings.

Dann Stuart indicated he would be interested in moderating one of the panels at the December meeting. The members in attendance at the July 10 meeting voted and agreed that Dann should moderate this panel.

Aaron Pressman has accepted our invitation to be a panel member for the December meeting.

Donise will contact Steve Barr and invite him to participate as a panel member.

Donise will research Latino Magazine to determine if the editor would be an appropriate speaker for this meeting. Donise will confer with Carol Harvey, as well.

Donise has a contact at BET. She will contact BET and invite Tavist Smiley to participate at the December meeting. We will consider Pierre Thomas, CNN, as a backup if Tavist Smiley is unable to attend.

Donise will contact Nina Tottenberg about participating at this meeting.

Another possible workshop is www.firstgov.gov. We will further investigate the possibilities of adding this session.

We discussed hosting a workshop with Slate, an on-line magazine, but decided to put this on hold for future discussion.

Donise will contact Brian Friel at Planetgov.gov to invite him to participate on the team.

Donise is in the process of reordering portfolios to distribute at the meeting.

Lee W. will check with Natcher Center about the electrical requirements and space limitations for trade show booths.

Donise will modify the Exhibitor information to indicate only tabletop or 10x10 booths will be allowed to exhibit.

We drafted a tentative list of organizations we wanted to invite to exhibit. The organizations included:
