Who Can Join?
The Federal Communicators Network is open to all Federal communicators willing and able to promote good government and a high quality workforce committed to public service. FCN targets those most likely to spread the word to other Federal employees such as employee newsletter editors, press secretaries, public affairs officers, quality proponents, organizational development and training specialists, web managers and librarians. There are no membership dues.
There are two types of membership:
Regular membership: Is open to government employees at all levels of government - federal, state, and local. *		Affiliate membership: Is open to non-government persons engaged in communication or public relations whose professional activities enhance, further, or support the objectives of the FCN. The steering committee approves the application of these non-government members.
