Regina Downing from Treasury's
Financial Management Service will be our next network liaison.
She begins a three-month rotation on January 3. Carrie Carnes
Kemper will return to her home agency at the Interior Department
on December 30. If you are interested in a rotation as a future
network liaison, please send over a resume to Regina at NPR,

wonderful opportunity, so please consider donating your talent
to the National Performance Review for a three or six month rotation!
Logo Contest
OK, here we are the government's communicators, so it seems only
fitting we have some jazzy logo/symbol to help define who we
are. Please submit your entries to Regina at NPR and we'll have
a team of communicators vote on them. The winner will receive
a certificate of appreciation to be awarded at our kick-off meeting,
tentatively scheduled for February or March (details to be forthcoming).
